aquest resum del que creiem que eren  claus de l'èxit de l'educació a Finlàndia , algunes són ben senzilles d'aplicar a la nostra realitat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-left:36.0pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="CA" style="mso-ansi-language:CA"&gt;1-La importància que és dona a l'expressió artística,&lt;br /&gt;2-El contacte més constant i directe amb la natura i el medi social.&lt;br /&gt;3-Les bones i constant relaciona pares-mestres,&lt;br /&gt;4-La valoració del treball dels nens des de molt petits "Les obres d'art&lt;br /&gt;surten de l'escola per ser exposades en un espai públic .&lt;br /&gt;5- La recollida sistemàtica dels treballs dels alumnes en àlbums que s'exposen&lt;br /&gt;al centre.&lt;br /&gt;6- Un altre concepte de l'espai (espais oberts, importància de la llum,&lt;br /&gt;la tranquil·litat , el confort, espais polivalents, organització flexible)&lt;br /&gt;7- L'autonomia dels nens&lt;br /&gt;8- Aprendre fent coses reals i importants ( tenen cuines per fer menjar de debò)&lt;br /&gt;9- Donar molta importància a les TIC des de ben petits&lt;br /&gt;10-Una organització flexible tant de l'escola vers la societat, com de&lt;br /&gt;la societat vers l' escola per En la escuela se tendría que enseñar a afrontar los riesgos, lo inesperado, lo incierto.... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204); font-style: italic;font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Es necesario aprender a navegar en un océano de incertidumbres a través de archipiélagos de certeza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;... Como dijo Eurípides hace 25 siglos:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lo esperado no se cumple y para lo inesperado un dios abre la puerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;El abandono de los conceptos deterministas de la historia humana que creían poder predecir nuestro futuro, el examen de los grandes acontecimientos y accidentes de nuestro siglo que fueron todos inesperados, e&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;l carácter en adelante desconocido de la aventura humana&lt;/span&gt;, deben incitarnos a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;preparar nuestras mentes para esperar lo inesperado&lt;/span&gt; y poder afrontarlo. Per posar un exemple,  una mestra de la &lt;a href="http://recursosdidactics.wordpress.com/2009/06/21/que-has-apres-a-escola/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Highlander Folkschool (Tennessee)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, una d'aquestes escoles creades per somnia-truites que creuen que la realitat avança per mor de l'acció ètica, va ser Rosa Parks, la dona que no va voler cedir el seient del bus (boicot de Montgomery) i que  va enfortir el moviment pels Drets Civils americans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Era una sola persona però estava habitada per moltes altres que creien  què allò que uneix als éssers humans (la benevolença i el diàleg com deien els primers il·lustrats) és més gran que  la por, la desconfiança  i el desig de poder  que també compartim tots.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entre ells, Luther King o el cantant Pete Seeger, també involucrat amb la Highlander School. Als mestres de les Highlander Folkschool ningú els coneix.&lt;br /&gt;Luther King va morir assassinat. Pete Seeger, un alternatiu.... Un d'ells afirma que el fracàs escolar està lligat a l'entorn familiar (&lt;a href="http://www.google.es/url?sa=t&amp;amp;source=web&amp;amp;ct=res&amp;amp;cd=6&amp;amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww3.feccoo.net%2Fbdigital%2Fcom%2F20090331_com%2Fpdf%2Fmagisterio.pdf&amp;amp;ei=cSsqSpnGApiQjAf_qMCDCw&amp;amp;usg=AFQjCNGjOtn_1VSVhj6nuNNMJ1db-8DtFA&amp;amp;sig2=Nnxctybh11vqXOUYWLjgHg"&gt;afecta a un 30% de l´alumnat front el 13% de l´OCDE&lt;/a&gt;). I que els fillets de famílies amb risc d'exclusió social (majoritàriament immigrants? escandalosament pobres?) són els més afectats.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I aquesta afirmació, no verificada, s'acompanya d´una declaració falsa, la de que   amb &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;aquests nens&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;l'escola hi pot fer res&lt;/span&gt;, i que &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;millor no batre-s'hi el cap&lt;/span&gt;. I tant els mestres com l'Administració, els encarregats d'esperar-ho tot, baixem les expectatives i no esperem res.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.eduteka.org/pdfdir/McKENSEY_InformeReformaEducativa.pdf"&gt;L'Informe McKinsey de l'OCDE (2007) &lt;/a&gt; demostra que als millors sistemes educatius&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;hay una escasa correlación entre los resultados y el entorno familiar. Los mejores sistemas compensan las desventajas del entorno familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; (...) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Comienzan por fijar expectativas altas  y verifican que los recursos lleguen a los que más lo necesitan y no a los mejores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I  el secret es relaciona amb la capacitat i qualitat docent per programar amb flexibilitat. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;a intervención estatal en los mejores sistemas es inversamente proporcional a la capacidad de sus docentes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Què hauria de canviar si ens ho creguéssim?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sobre la nul·la  correlació entre immigració i fracàs escolar l&lt;/span&gt;es  proves a 6è de primària de 2008 de la Comunitat de Madrid són una prova més. les TAC però ha arribat l’hora de la veritat, l’hora de convertir tots i cadascun dels alumnes en consumidors i usuaris d’aquestes tecnologies. Fora experiments, fora creativitat, fora treball cooperatiu, fora projectes i altres experiments.&lt;br /&gt;Ara cal deixar la difícil tasca d’educar als experts : Editorials, Polítics i Empreses diverses. Nosaltres ( mestres, docents, professors, educadors ) som intrusos quan volem ser alguna cosa més que instructors , distribuïdors o impartidors de continguts que algú altre amb més criteri ha decidit com han d’arribar als alumnes (fragmentats, simplificats, superficials, però recoberts d’una capa de modernitat i amb una interactivitat que sovint no passa per la reflexió sinó pel “si l’encerto l’endevino”).&lt;br /&gt;Nosaltres, els educadors, som intrusos, el nostre material és de dubtosa qualitat i de dubtosa universalitat, caram!!&lt;br /&gt;I nosaltres que creiem que calia fer atenció personalitzada, que calia crear propostes per a nens en concret, per atendre totes les necessitats i diversitats, però no, això ho faran millor uns llibres de text digitalitzats oberts al mon del servidor de l’editorial, ( no pas a la xarxa, no pas a Internet) la qual en decidirà l’actualització i adequació a les necessitats especifiques de tots i cada un dels nostres alumnes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I el disbarat dels ordinadors anant amunt i avall de casa a l’escola de l’escola a casa cada dia… Quantes anades i vingudes de casa a l’esplai , al gimnàs, a ca l’avia, a futbol , al dentista….suportaran les motxilles sense rebre un cop? . Qui n’ha calculat els danys materials i morals , ( o no compta el disgust i la bronca que s’enduran els nois i les noies per no tenir prou cura del seu aparell, per no pensar-hi a temps complert?)&lt;br /&gt;Quantes hores poden estar els nens davant una pantalla de 9 o 10 polzades sense tenir problemes de visió? , quantes hores aguantaran unes columnes vertebrals en període de creixement sotmeses a una inclinació forçada davant un petit aparell que no permet una posició correcta?&lt;br /&gt;Quan tot aquest projecte tan farcit de realisme i pragmatisme falli, la culpa serà dels mestres, dels alumnes i dels pares oi? ¡!&lt;br /&gt;Tenim uns governants que no es mereixen el poble que els ha tocat manar. Nadie lo sabe. ¿A quién se le ocurrió? Nos encogemos de hombros. ¿Qué mente o mentes preclaras idearon semejante disparate?&lt;/span&gt;"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Termina el curso escolar, se abre el momento de proyectos, perspectivas y planificaciones. Hay que saber vender o saber venderse al mejor postor. Faraones y chisgarabises hacen corro alrededor de una mesa de camilla. Es el momento de sobrevivir. Ni un paso atrás ni para tomar impulso, diría más de uno, no sea que rectifiquemos y eso es cosa de sabios, faltaría más. ¿Consultamos con alguien? ¿Para qué? Hagamos de Juan Palomo y luego tiremos la primera piedra, ahora se enseñan los cinco dedos, como si jugáramos a los cinco lobitos y luego esconderemos la mano, a alguien le caerá a sus pies el guijarro en cuestión  y lo volverá a tirar, para cuando le dé en la cabeza al de siempre, ya nadie recordará quién fue el primero en lanzarla. &lt;br /&gt;De todas maneras últimamente la memoria educativa es como la de los peces o peor. ¿Quién fue? Nadie lo sabe. ¿A quién se le ocurrió? Nos encogemos de hombros. ¿Qué mente o mentes preclaras idearon semejante disparate? Yo no he sido… fue él o ni me acuerdo. Todo vale y todo da igual. Parece que algún charlatán de feria se introduce con sus espectaculares productos, rodeado de luces y lentejuelas. ¿Para qué sirve? Ni lo sé ni me importa, pero tiene un color precioso y se mueve; luego existe. Además, a mí qué más me da, lo que la imaginación no pueda conseguir lo hará el dinero que para eso está. El dinero todo lo puede, el resto vendrá solo.&lt;br /&gt; Inventemos el futuro, decía una reciente campaña de publicidad. Inventemos la educación del siglo XXI dirá un próximo proyecto educativo, estoy seguro. De inventos inútiles están llenas las oficinas de patentes, otro más da igual. Además eso del siglo XXI da para mucho y todo cabe, globalicemos la educación; total, otra cosa más. Pero para inventar hay que imaginar y saber hacerlo no es tarea fácil, en una sociedad donde todo vale y nadie sabe luego nada, es difícil imaginar, aún más difícil crear e imposible creer. A veces no hay nada que inventar, lo tenemos a nuestro alrededor, simplemente es cuestión de verlo, pero hay que entenderlo. &lt;br /&gt; Los árboles no te dejarán ver el bosque pero, primero hay que saber lo que es un árbol y luego entenderemos el concepto bosque, si antes no lo hemos hecho sólo nos dejaremos llevar por impulsos irracionales. &lt;br /&gt; Mala cosa es empezar la casa por el tejado pero peor es jugar con lo que no sabemos. No hablemos de innovación si nunca lo hemos hecho, ni practicado, ni sentido, ni ganas que tenemos. No hablemos de imaginar si nuestra cabeza ha sido incapaz de hacerlo, ni cuando teníamos capacidad para ello. Las modas son interesantes a la vez que peligrosas, también alienan y luego no dejan de ser eso; modas pasajeras que nos dejan armarios llenos con cosas que jamás hemos usado ni usaremos, debido a nuestra nula perspectiva de futuro. Además, ¿qué perspectiva voy a tener si soy incapaz de ver más allá de mis cuatro paredes que me siguen como espectros por todas partes?&lt;br /&gt; Si no sabemos distinguir fin de medios, mal camino llevamos. Si confundimos medios con fin, vamos directos al fracaso, pero eso parece que da igual, de todas maneras ya nadie se acordará de nosotros cuando la piedra siga pasando de mano en mano y los armarios se vayan llenando de modas pasajeras y caprichosas, producto de la inconsciencia y el desconocimiento, apoyados por la inmadurez, la falta de perspectiva y la palabras del feriante de turno, rodeado de neón y serpentinas. Al final se dirá aquello de: el último que cierre la puerta. &lt;br /&gt; Para qué preocuparnos, seguimos siendo la leche; irreductibles, indestructibles, el último reducto de Occidente. Aviso a navegantes de sonrisa agradable y palmadita en la espalda: cuidado con los conversos, suelen ser los peores. El que avisa no es traidor, simplemente avisador.
